1. DELIVERY PERIOD
The delivery time for orders placed online is 3/7 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are free for the following countries:
Germany, Andorra, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Sweden, United Kingdom and Italy.
3. FORMS OF PAYMENT
The Dippner online store has the following forms of payment:
Payments through this means are made through a secure payment platform and Dippner will not save any data related to the credit cards of its customers, since the data entered on our website (www.dippner.shop) are sent to the bank, which guarantees the security of the purchase.
If you are a registered user in Paypal, you will only need to enter your username and password.
On the contrary, if you do not have an account, the procedure to make the payment through this option is also very simple. These are the steps to follow:

In Dippner you have a term of 14 calendar days counted since you received your order to make any return or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
To be in the same conditions in which it was received (original packaging).
The return or exchange will not be accepted if:
The product is used
The deadline has passed (14 days from the delivery of the product).
To make any change or refund you must send an email to email@example.com within the period of 14 days indicated above. In it you must indicate the order number and you want to make a change or return and from Dippner we will send you an email indicating the return number or change, as well as the steps to follow.
In case the return is due to a manufacturing defect, it will be free.
If the change or return is made for reasons not well founded (“I do not like it”, “I prefer another color”, “I have been confused with the size”, etc.), it will cost € 7 for returns and € 15 in case of changes for another article.
This amount has to be paid so that Dippner can continue with the return process:

The transport company will pick up your package at the same address to which we send your order.
Once we receive it, and check the status of it, we will proceed to make the payment (in case of returns) or send you your new shoes (in case of change).
The payment will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days from the reception of the goods in Dippner and you will be able to see it in your account in the following 3 or 5 days since it was managed.
5. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PHOTOGRAPHS AND PRODUCT
Because we use natural materials, there may be slight differences between colors, textures, etc. shown in the images of the web and those of the products. In no case these differences will be grounds for processing a free exchange or refund.
